APPLICABLE LAW; JURISDICTION
For the interpretation and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to submit to the laws of the United Mexican States. For any disagreement, the parties may go to the Federal Consumer Prosecutor's Office in its administrative capacity to reconcile their differences; if these differences persist, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, Federal District, which will be the only ones to hear any lawsuit or claim related to these Terms and Conditions. The parties
expressly waive any other jurisdiction present or future that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
